Back in the studio and on stage.

We have been busy with our personal commitments.
However, we are back in the studio recording for our next release with the man himself, Leonard Soosay, at Snakeweed Studios.
But please be patient, we hardly doubt it’ll be out anytime soon. These kind of things take time.

Update on a boring Saturday afternoon.
Hello, we hope everyone’s doing fine.
I just felt like updating since we’ve been quiet for the past few months.
As you all know, the band is now just Isa and I. Thankfully, we have 3 very talented sessionists on board to help us with guitar, keyboards and drums. You will see them very soon in our upcoming shows. The past few rehearsals has been nothing short of kick-ass.

Happy New Year.
Due to scheduling and personal issues, we will not be recording and releasing any material.
We apologize for having to break a promise that we’ve made. It just happens to be the wrong time right now.

I will be playing at 8pm at Stage C (not sure where this is so you have to find out for yourself!)
Yes, i’ll be the first act opening the festival. Pity there wouldn’t by any drunk people by then but what the heck.

I am glad the ZoukOut showcase is over. Playing in the slight rain watching people walk past you is pretty disheartening. Feels as though your music isn’t good enough for them to stop. But hey a few people stopped to listen so it’s all good!
ZoukOut this Saturday. Looking forward to just playing some slow stuff for a change. Then the following week it’ll be +/- {Plus/Minus} and KL with the band....

After 2 long years,
We will be back in Kuala Lumpur!
We’ll be playing at a venue called Cloth and Clef.
Bands we’ll be sharing the stage with is with awesome bands like Deepset, NAO and Killer Calculateur.
We are very stoked to be back in Malaysia and looking forward to meet all our friends there whom we dearly miss.

Yeah, so now you know why we posted the video in the previous entry.

Solo sets coming up...
Hey all,
I will be performing a couple of solo gigs in the coming months.
One will be in November for an art exhibition opening of my dear friend Heider. More details when I get them.
The other one will be for Zoukout. Will be playing an “acoustic” set at an acoustic stage. We were pretty bummed that we didn’t get offered to play a full band set but hey, it’s at least...

We currently have 3 complete songs and a few new ones that i’ve written for the band. Our guitarist Jem will no longer be with the band. Jem has been with the band since our first show and has always been there for us in many ways. He’s been the joker in the band, the most financially helpful, the most “experienced”, and the one who’s always giving you advice on what to do during NS or what car to buy/not to buy....
